14-24 Team Lead

This role is all about supporting those in Scouting aged 14 to 24 years old and the leader teams that work with those age groups.

These are Explorer Scouts, Network Scouts, young leaders and adult leaders below the age of 25, plus all leaders that support those sections.

The 14-24 Lead will help deliver a programme which is inclusive, balanced, exciting, challenging and leads toward the top awards.

They will ensure there are opportunities for everyone to learn, grow and achieve in a safe, caring environment.
