District Support Team Lead
A role in the Support Team.
The District Support Team Lead manages administrative, financial, and operational systems that help the District, the local Scout groups and sections to run smoothly.
The main objective of the Support Team is to make Scouting as easy as possible for leaders while remaining compliant with Charity and Scout Guidance. In this role, you will champion robust financial health, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the team responsible for budgeting, processing funds, and providing financial guidance to local Scout Groups.
The Support team provides a number of shared services and facilities. These include the District Headquarters, Minibus, the Uniform and Badge Shops.
The role also leads a District Digital capability to help Groups and sections understand and exploit the many different technology options available to them.
